COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Force Control 60-215-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Good-Year parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 5V224093342240 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 231014M40 manufactured by Good-Year and we are pleased to be able to service most Good-Year systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8M60S21SK by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Formsprag Brand CL421557GR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Good-Year such as 20043334630H300 equipment made by Good-Year have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Good-Year products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Good-Year" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T3119H280B22 made by Force-Control as well as the popular 64X428323 original spares produced by Garlock Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 98000664 by Gates and 20043334630H300 spares by Good-Year are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12808M35E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
